Having trouble finding that perfect
piece of furniture to complete a room? We specialize in small
furniture projects that provide our customer with an heirloom-quality
piece that will be around longer than any of us expect to be on earth!

Each project... one at a time! Virtually, everything about your purchase is decided by you!
Dimensions, style, wood, finish, details, hardware, the entire project.
And we have learned over time how to do that over the internet to make
this convenient and still provide us with all the information we need to
complete the project.

drawings, dimensions, your ideas and requirements to 304-422-0761 or email

(please use .jpg format for photo attachments and keep file sizes under 500K).
We have worked from everything from a sketch on the back of an envelope to
detailed drawings. It is important to provide us with as much
descriptive information as possible. Photos of existing furniture
pieces can also be used for style issues and for reproduction purposes.
We will respond
with any questions we might have and eventually a price quotation. Then, if all is satisfactory...
Send a 50% deposit along with
an email confirmation (see
Terms &
Conditions for methods of payment), and we will do the rest.

Starkwood Designs provides the architect,
contractor, designer, or conservator the ability to complete their special
projects with exactly the right piece of furniture to enhance the space in
question. Truly a great resource for those who want everything just right! If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied.
Pricing,
Delivery & Shipping:
Pricing is fixed and
quoted for each project, in writing, before work begins. We
dislike surprises except at birthday parties!
Delivery times can
range from three to 12 weeks depending on the size and complexity of
the project. It acan also vary based on quantity, wood
species, and production schedule at time of order. Certain exotic woods may add three to four weeks to the
delivery time, but this is not common.
Shipping via UPS, or FedEx Freight depending upon the size of the
piece.. (cost will be estimated in quotation and will include
appropriate crating to protect your project) or you may arrange for your own shipping if you prefer.
